The Wufeng Building was built in the 1920s and consists of five monolithic buildings. It is said to be the summer house built by Zhou Zhijun, the second son of the Finance Minister of the Beiyang Government, for his five daughters. In 1953, the Central People's Government approved the allocation of "Five Phoenix Buildings" to the Beijing Federation of Trade Unions as a model nursing home, which is still in use today. Wufeng Building has the typical characteristics of an old villa "red roof, plain wall, high platform, Ming Lang".
